Volunteers for the TDU

If anyone is able to help out during the TDU there are plenty of jobs on offer.
Volunteers are needed to help 'man' at the starts of the mutual community challenge ride, as well as help with pre-registrations in the days leading up to the challenge tour.

Helpers get a TDU shirt to keep and earn the club $50.

If you think you might be able to spare half a day during next week, let the CSA office know on 8260 1800 (ask for Marie).

Or, if you are free on Friday 21st in the morning, you can be part of "Team PACC Macclesfield" to see the challenge tour riders off, hang around a town with good food and a pro feedstation and then duck accross to see the TDU stage finish at Strath (a pretty good gig!). I need three more helpers for that - PM me if you're free to join me!

Thanks PACCers, we have a full (more than full!) team for Macclesfield so that's $300 that the club will get  We are awesome!

Cycling SA is looking for more volunteers for Balhannah for Friday 21st. Be great if that is all PACC too! If you can help out there, again send me a PM or call Marie Hedley on 82601800

is anybody else helping out at the village sunday morning?

Im heading into town sunday morning to help out (earn the club $50.00). I was wondering if any other Pacc'ers would be there?

My girlfriend is coming in to help out too, im not sure if she is earning the club $50.00 too, but we are going to ask/try.
Regards, Dale

Thanks to all the PACC crew that helped out today.
Despite some technical problems eveything came out OK in the end at Macclesfield (and from what Dallas said, Balhannah too)
And boy there were some sights to behold!

Pinarello Dogma owners paying $100 to ride 30km
White cycling knicks with green underpants underneath, while vigourously stretching his groin. Could have seen that from the moon.
Head stem extenders extending more head stem extenders.
People lining up to ride 30km on flat tyres
A pub (three Brothers Arms) which had a seriously long beer list
