PACC Time Trial Outer Harbor 23 November 2008

19 riders appeared for the Time Trial on Sunday 23 November; the second of the summer series.
Conditions were fine with very little wind.
Junior A and B riders used a shorter course, all others did the 17.6 km course.
Kevin Harnett returned the fastest time of the day, Craig Sheldon was 34 seconds behind him. Kyle Franson produced an improvement of almost one minute on her previous time to be the best of the Juniors. Jackie Prentice showed her time trialling skills to win B Grade, Steve Buchanan made it three victories on the day for the family to take out C Grade. Many riders appreciated the conditions to produce significant improvements on their efforts a fortnight ago.
It was good to see the number of helpers at the race, the support from members from other clubs is very much appreciated.

Notably Tom F who knocked 1:26 off his time! Moff also did well to be 1:03 faster.

It did look like good weather for a TT.... unfortunately I was a bit sick during the week and didn't want to push it.

Who else is looking forward to hurting on the slopes of Norton Summit??
The ideal number of bikes is one... I just can't decide which one.

Perhaps I should rephrase the question..... who else is looking forward to the hurting being over at the top of Norton Summit? (post-norton-summit-cyclosportif)
