PACC Sprint Trophy

***START LIST UPDATED - 22 AUG***
Due to some last minute pull outs the field has changed a bit but we've still got our 24 riders! Riders are now listed in their qualifying order for the night. Also, if anyone wants to take their chances and chuck their track bike in the car if they're coming down to watch, there may be a chance for a last minute call-up!

***Winner of each Group will receive a 5Bling Glove pack***
PACC will be running this event as part of the Winter Track Racing series - a chance for the Sprinters in SA to show their stuff!! Along with some great racing for the riders, we've also got a few interesting innovations lined up, particularly revolving around crowd involvement - more details to follow.

For the inaugural running of this event, the riders have been carefully selected by the Club Handicapper - so sorry if not everyone could be involved - we've limited numbers this time round to ensure a reasonable length time frame for the night. If you missed out and would be keen to race in a future Sprint event, let us know - if the interest is there, we can expand the format to include more riders in the future.

And if you're not on the starting list and want to help out - we will need plenty of volunteers to help run the event!

For the riders involved, below is the format of the night, starting with the flying 200m qualifier for seeding positions. Hopefully this makes the racing close and exciting!!

The current list of selected riders is below - note there are a few reserves listed on the assumption there may be last minute withdrawals. If you do need to withdraw for any reason please let us know ASAP so we can let the reserve riders know they are in!

Hi People, we are still looking for helpers on the sprint night.

It should be a night of fast racing and good results. You can get the view from the inside of the track if you like! Cheers
