Helpers wanted

We are desparately seeking volunteers for the coming event.
We need people to help set up the course - from 4pm. (got a few bodies already)
We need someone to tow the trailer there.
We need two people for timekeeping. One for calling the numbers, the other for entering in the numbers. (it's not a difficult or unpleasant job)

Proposed times for the first event:
Sign on from 5:15 - 6pm. Practice on course after you have signed-on and off course by 5:55
Little crossers (if there are any) 5:55-6:05pm
Open 6:05 - 6:30pm
CXB 6:35 - 7:00pm
CXA 7:05 - 7:35pm

Hopefully all competitors can then help retrieve equipment before it gets too dark to find it all! On Tuesday 22nd Nov - Sun sets at 8:06pm. Civil Twilight ends 8:34. If it's overcast there will be less light....

FYI
We will have more light and much more race time on 13 Dec (Sun sets 8:24pm, Civil Twilight ends 8:53pm)
17 Jan even more (sun sets 8:32, civil twilight 9pm)
14 Feb slightly less (sun sets 8:12, civil twilight ends 8:38pm)

What suburb does the trailer need to be towed from. If it's not somewhere where I require my passport to be stamped happy to do it

Thanks Bec, Flinders Park is almost directly in line with the city for you :-)

In breaking news, we will now be able to accept MTBA or BMXA licenses at this event.

Tell your MTBA/BMXA friends - entries open NOW.
There will be a no membership card, no race policy at sign-on for these member types.

Tuesday CX

Here's hoping I can finish work in time to start.

I will be able to help pack up whether I get there for the start or not.

Entered online weeks ago, worked well.

Cheers
Rob
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've had a mechanical :D
