True...A Paypal account is a good indicator though which the seller has.

Doesn't every Ebay seller HAVE to offer PayPal as a form of payment?

yes, and the evil paypal/ebay conglomerate have tried to make it the ONLY method of payment.

Luckily, the ACCC intervened. :shock:
