Is there a rule about the relationship between an accredited coach and an organised club training ride? :???:

So shall we say AEC to waterfall gully this Sunday? Those that wish to venture further can always do a greenhill - lofty loop after that... and for those in need of carbohydrates can swoop down into town or to the bay..

PS I'm up for a greenhill - lofty loop afters; on the Ciclo of course.

Dunno what stabby mc stabster is on about, waterfall gully is almost flat. And traffic is unlikely to be a problem.

I hear it's okay if you're not a sketchy punter.

i am not really sure what you are getting at - the people driving up there in huge 4wds with my family stickers on the back window dont care how sketchy you are or how big your ego is when they squish you with their bull bar safety feature.

I don't think I've ever met another cyclist quite so scared of riding a bike.
