Hi everyone! Reminder this is TOMORROW NIGHT
Please note change of meeting place to avoid the criterium race that is on tomorrow night and to give us some space. Now meeting in the carpark on Beaumont Rd which is just off South Tce (other end of Vic Park), there is usually ample carparking if you are driving there. If you are riding you will need lights to get home as the session will run from 6-8pm. Please be there before 6pm so we have have sign-up and donations all done for a 6pm sharp. Try to stay off the Melb Cup shandies all afternoon too! We have a structured session which covers the following: Warming-up. Starts. Flat Barriers. Cornering. Intro to descending, climbing and sand. Short Course Practice. Also includes some theory and demos and stuff to work on in your own time!

Thanks all for coming along and Paul Z for bringing the full-size barriers to scare everyone with. The ladeez in the clinic tonight also raised $163.50 to CDH Australia - well done!

And my HIGHLIGHTS VIDEO starring everyone who rolled up and stayed till the end.

Includes such highlights as Carly, Kellie, Meriel and Virginia eating mulch at various times, plus Aimee bailing out of the climb as a result (Bec and Aimee circling like sharks, waiting for mulch hill to claim another victim perhaps?).

Best wishes and get well soon to Neil, he broke his hip this morning...
