Sprint training returns

Last week at Endurance training, Eddie Smith said that he will be conducting sprint training at the superdrome from this week, Thursday nights 7:30-9pm (i.e. tonight).

Hey, I've got a question about these -

Is it worthwhile attending the track sprint nights for an enduro looking to improve their sprint, or is it REALLY track sprint orientated? Is the wednesday nights session a better alternative. I want to do it to improve my sprint, all my aerobic work is done at other times

The short answer is yes. Wednesday nights will help to a certain extent but not to the same level.
