Sprint Training 20/09/08

It didn't seem to be the best morning for setting records, although Mark and Grant took a shot for the team and Aimee set a SB by default!
Good to see a few of you experimenting with gears too - this is the time to do it so when it comes to race day you have a good idea of what works and what doesn't. Same deal with the the left leg and right leg starts. Breathing is important too!

Thanks Paul for being the gatekeeper and to all those who chipped in with the timing.

Fun times next week - back to endurance efforts....and more Technicolour Jersey points are on offer.... :puke:

Out of curiosity, which foot do you unclip at traffic lights?

And are you going to start the Facebook group "I start with my left leg"?

I think there is a corellation between which foot you unclip and which leg feels most comfortable to start on. I wonder which foot Steph starts with cos I'm pretty sure she's a left foot lights unclipper.

But when you go for long walks on the beach, which foot touches the sand first?
