Sprint Training 16/8/08

Hey y'all, not sure if my usual suppliers of stopwatches will be there tomorrow morning so if you plan on coming and have a stopwatch, can you please bring it along. Cheers :smile:

Well thankfully someone had a stopwatch! Thanks Richard.
Good little session of flying 200's on big gears - enduro sprint award goes to Brad who pumped out 6 of them!

Thanks to Aimee and Craig for timekeeping.

Yes, we were thinking of you as the rain pelted down hard on the roof of the Superdrome! :lol:

I rode 140km today (Adelaide --> Gumeracha --> Lobethal --> Glenelg --> Adelaide). :twisted:

About half of it was enjoyed under clear skies! :lol:
the best way to start the day is with a large serve of pain for breakfast
