Sprint Training 05/07/08

Fantastic turnout for the first Saturday session. Sorry to those that were hanging out for the Match Sprints but we will definitely do them next Saturday and I reckon we'll have a bigger field so should make for some good racing.

Welcome to Steve for his first crack at flying efforts on the steep banks of the Superdrome. The metronome award for today goes to Jeremy who's 4 times were all within 0.04 seconds, although Timmy and John were not far behind, all within 0.08 seconds!

And we look forward to improvement from PACC's youngest member (I think) Skye who set a PB for a standing 50m in 38.31 seconds with an average of 4.7 km/h, despite losing pedal traction about half way through!

....which is a cadence of 99 rpm - not bad leg speed for a 3 and a half year old!
