What if I altered my target zones and lied about my max HR? Would this allow me to enjoy a beer and still achieve my training goals?

The 20th is fine with me.
It will help me recover from my work Christmas show the previous night.

I am making a post... since nothing has been mentioned otherwise.

The Gilbert Hotel
7:30pm
Dinner &/or drinks

I will be there from 7:30pm for drinks with a friend, so if people want a meal certainly go ahead, but i'm not going to make a booking.
I am definately keen for a beverage or ten :D Pls advise if you are interested... :occasion5:

Very funny.....

People literally pulled my shirt off me... I was deeply distraught by the events.

i dont want to be taking sides in all of this but- Shrive...enough my friend - facebook and pacc is overkill. Sort it all out over a beverage or over a double macchiato and spare us all from the messy divorce.

The hardest thing from my perspective is that to me you are both friends - and fellow club ppl.....show some love - or at the very least - be civil. After all it is the season to be jolly............
