grg waves to the forum admin(s)...

Having a timezone setting of +0930 in my profile has the forum show times 10 hours later than they should be. Setting it to UTC/GMT (+0) shows times as 30 minutes later.

Is the local time of the server set incorrectly?

It has been mostly correct in the past, but looks like its recently been changed (the outage last night?)
Also there's no +10:30 setting for this forum to allow for DST which is a pain.
cheers
